LNE Building Group took over this Mermaid Waters project with a partial slab already in place and a double-storey design that was no longer financially viable. The brief was to retain the value and quality while reducing construction costs to help the client secure finance.

The team redesigned the home as an expansive single-storey residence, extending the existing slab and increasing the footprint to maximise the site. The result is an impressive 400sqm home with soaring 4.5-metre ceilings, Spanish marble, Polytec Rubra Oak joinery and refined bronze hardware.

Designed for effortless Gold Coast living, the home also features a generous outdoor entertaining area, side access for a caravan and a striking wraparound pool. Through careful redesign and value management, LNE delivered a highly functional luxury home without compromising the client’s original vision.
